The company has been formed with the initiation of few BUET graduates with the aim to provie quality consultancy services. Later it has made recruiting and retaining talented personnel with a corporate priority. The group of dedicated personnel in the compay are second to none.
KEY PERSONNEL
In order to achieve our mission, vision and values, as enshrined in our mission statement, we believe we have to recruit the best talent in the the technical fields. To this end, we pride ourselves for the fact that our personnel have acquired quality consulting civil and structural engineering experience and expertise from recognized national practices over an accumulative period in excess of 25 years. This experience has been acquired through direct and active involvement and participation on various projects from inception through to commissioning. In addition to the above, our personnel have continued to develop their professional and technical skills through postgraduate studies and various short courses, most of which are CPD accredited.
Khandaker Khairul Alam

Over twenty years of experiences in Structural & Geotechnical Engineering. Extensive knowledge and experiences in Steel and RC structures like cement factory, bitumen production factory, food industry, dying factory, spinning mills, rerolling mills and garments factory.
He has also experieces in design of coffer dam, shore protection system, river bank protection, slope protection and stability analysis. He is extraordinary in design from the perspective of both hand calculation and software analysis like StaadPro, Etabs, SAP2000, Safe, Ram connections, Plaxis, Geotructural Analysis, GeoStru, Slide, HEC-RAS etc.
Fahmid Salman Shah

MBA (Management), USA
Mr. Fahmid Salman Shah has completed graduation in Electrical Engineering from BUET. Then he has completed MBA from USA. He has extensive work experieces in telecom and power engineering. He is well experieces in design electical wiring, busbar system, substation and complete power supply system of many industrial sector. He is also experieces in installation, monitoring and quality control of telecom equipments and other electrical instruments in different industry.
